Shipping to Canada only.
Sales confirms product pricing, shipping charges and order details before payment. Submitting a quote request does not place an order.
Preparation and delivery times
- Order preparation: 5 business days after payment confirmation.
- FedEx transit: 5 business days after dispatch.
- Estimated total: 10 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The order cutoff is 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Customs clearance or carrier disruptions may affect the estimated delivery date.

Rates above 24.5 kg include heavy handling, with a higher handling charge above 50 kg. Shipments over 70 kg, unusually packaged goods and destinations requiring special delivery arrangements need a separate quotation.
Billable weight and additional charges
Billable weight is the greater of packed actual weight and dimensional weight for each package. Round each dimension up to the next whole centimetre, then calculate length × width × height ÷ 5,000 to obtain dimensional weight in kilograms. Sales confirms the packed shipment weight before payment.
Duties, taxes and any charges for remote-area delivery, residential delivery or special packaging are not included in the standard table. Any applicable additional charges and payment responsibility are identified in the quotation before payment.
